Hello all, this is my first entry in my diary. Hopefully I will be making entries every few days. I guess I will start from the beginning for all of those who don't know me yet. I'm sixteen and go to high school at Lisle, IL. I will be a junior and will be getting my brother's car as soon as he's gone to collage (he graduated this year). Right now I'm between girlfriends, but as some of you know, I might be taken very soon, to whom will remain nameless until it's official.

Anyway, my core of friends consist of Tony, Andy, Mike K.and Mike M., Fran, Leah, Niki, Angie, Kim, and with a supporting cast to thousands, by the way, my name's Matt. We all like swing music, and most of us guys worship the movie Swingers . Hopefully I soon will be getting a scanner to put some pics of me and my friends up.

Right now, there's turmoil in our group, but like always, it will probably blow over in about a week. Mike M. and Leah, who have been going out for a while were contemplating break up, but that blew over, most of the girls hate the guys, and vise versa, and of course, me in the middle of all of it. But enough about them.

The past few weeks have been hell at the pool which I work at. Because of the heat wave here in the Chicagoland Suburbs, everyone thinks it's a good idea to spend the whole day at the pool which means more work for poor Matty. And now that the Fourth of July weekend is upon us, I know that I will be very busy tomorrow at work when I hopefully should be talking to my soon to be partner. My work is hell, I get paid less than minimum wage because of seasonal help, and I end up doing all the crappy jobs just because I'm a guy. I'm sorry, but most of the girls get pampered at our pool, because there are two female managers. For all those female lifeguards that actually do some of the "male jobs" at our pool, and you know who you are, thank you.
